Creating an account on amig.com makes it easier to manage your policy online. It’s a one-stop shop where you can pay bills, track claims, view coverage details, and more.
Who is eligible to register for an account?
If you are the Primary Named Insured (on the Declarations Page) on an active American Modern policy, you can create an account on amig.com. However, spouses, caretakers, other family members, and other or additional insureds cannot create an account if they are not the Primary Named Insured.
What do I need to begin?
You will need your policy number, Coverage ZIP Code, primary named insured on the policy, and an email address and mobile phone number to receive verification codes. I used Online Services to manage my account. Do I need to sign up again?
Online Services is no longer active, so you will need to create a new account at amig.com. On amig.com you can expect to see new, improved features with additional ones being added over time.
Can I make payments or update my automatic payments online?
Yes. You can make a one-time payment or set up and manage automatic payments by clicking on EZPay. Alternatively, you can also call American Modern Customer Service at 1(800) 543-2644 to become enrolled in EZPay automatic payments.
Can I make policy changes on amig.com?
No. At this time, please continue to work with your agent if you need to make policy changes.
Can I still use amig.com if I do not create an account?
Yes. If you choose to not create an account at amig.com, you can still access limited self-service functions without logging in, like making a payment and tracking a claim status using chat. If you’d like full access to all amig.com has to offer, please create an account.
